A man was killed in Missouri railroad accident when he was struck by a vehicle while walking on the tracks.

The accident occurred at 2:30 p.m. when the man was walking near the tracks and was struck by a maintenance vehicle. The incident took place just west of Jefferson Avenue.

Witnesses to the crash said that the driver of the vehicle hit the horn 20 to 30 times, but the man did not move from the tracks. Police are still investigating the accident at this time.
